1) Order completed:
After your order is completed, you will receive an e-mail with further information how to pay and bank information.
If you pay with PayPal, then you get a confirmation as soon as possible.
Payment by Bank: Verbandssparkasse Goch-Kevelaer-Weeze (GERMANY).
Safe payment by PayPal (buyer protection) is possible (4% additional cost)
Credit-cart payment with PayPal is possible (4% additional cost)
All standard prices are in US dollar.
All payments can be made in other currencies. By selecting the currency selector.
Any additional bank transfer charges are completely at your expense.
2) Payment completed:
The order will be processed when payment is fully paid, under notification of the order number.
Orders for which the payment is received after 10:00 AM CET (see your system-mails), will be processed the next day.
Sunday is our day of rest.
You get a confirmation as soon as possible with information about the processing.
3) Delivery times:
You agree to all delivery terms.

4) Obligation to Buy + Package Delivery:
a. Before you pay, there is no obligation to buy.
If in the status of your order "Paid" is not visible, the order will not be processed and can be changed or modified.
If you have paid and this is visible in the status of your order, you are obliged to buy the items you ordered and paid.
This also means that you are obliged to accept delivery of the package (the packages) with your order.
This, by placing a signature for receipt.
b. If the package is offered at the delivery address and no one is present, the packet is stored at the post office.**
You are obliged to pick up the package at the collection center.
If you failed to collect the package, this will return to sender after 5 days**, and you are no longer entitled to your order.
c. You also have to take care about eventually customs clearance, and you are also obliged to accept the package from customs.
If you do not accept the package from customs, you are no longer entitled to your order.
Any additional charges are completely at your expense.
d. Incorrect indicated addresses, whereby an order will be delivered to the wrong address, or giving reason for return to the sender, you are no longer entitled to your order.
So, notify us as soon as possible if the package is not delivered in time, to avoid this situation!
The package is registered. The status of the shipment can be traced by us.
e. You as the recipient will always remain ultimately responsible for receiving the order.
5) Exchange (Return policy):
Legally we are not obliged to exchange or take back jackets because the jacket has been made NEW specially for you, after order.
Nevertheless we provide the following service:
a1. Damaged and wrong delivered products can always be exchanged, if shipped back to the producer within 2 weeks after you received the product(s).*
The cheapest return/shipping costs will be repaid by us.
a2. In our opinion, willfully damaged items will not be exchanged or returned.
a3. For damages caused by incorrect or missing packaging (e.g. no plastic cover for the items) will not be exchanged or returned.
b1. Exchange only for standard sizes (MEN-sizes S to XXL) for another size can be done only once, if shipped back to the producer within 2 weeks after you received the product(s).*
Eventually price difference from different size will be charged.
All shipping costs will be completely at your expense.
b2. Child-sizes + sizes from 3XL and larger are made in a special way or adjusted and therefore can not be exchanged for another size.
b3. Only the Standard model can be exchanged. Summer- and Winter model are made in a special way or adjusted and therefore can not be exchanged for another size.
c. Changed clothes and clothing with your own personal logo and/or name will only be exchanged when damaged. And will not be exchanged for another size. We can not sell these clothes anymore.
d. Season jackets, which are dependent on one season (such as MotoGP jackets) can not be exchanged.
e. Sales (in stock) with a reduced price can not be exchanged or returned.
f. Ask before returning for the correct return address!
6) In Stock:
There is NO stock of JACKETS. Also if "In Stock" is visible, there is NO stock for jackets ONLY!
Jackets will ALWAYS be made NEW for you, after order + payment.
If "In Stock" is indicated, this is only done to achieve better results in search engines.

Sales + small items:
Sales + small items are in stock and can almost immediately be shipped.
"Sales" are generally not-used exchange items or product designs.
"Small items" include caps and belts.
7) You totally agree with these Terms and Conditions.

* If within 1 week after receiving the product(s) the contact person is not informed, this option expires.
